This two-story property is from Fendi Casa, an Italian luxury furniture brand, and its imprint is evident in every corner, especially in the noble materials such as woods, metals, and stones. The house for sale, with views of the Marbella coast and the Concha peak, is distributed in five large bedrooms —the main suite covers 80 square meters—, a nearly 100 square meter living-dining room, a security room with fingerprint recognition, a cellar with capacity for over 100 bottles, a cinema room, a dance room with a bar and a kitchen exclusively designed by Fendi Casa for the owner and valued at over 350,000 euros.

The interior of the house, designed by GC Studio, is decorated with exclusive furniture pieces from the Italian brand. The exterior includes a 400 square meter garden, a jacuzzi, a porch, and a terrace with a solarium. From the property, with parking for two vehicles, there is access to the sports area of the complex. This is the last of the homes in the second phase of EPIC Marbella, a project promoted by the Spanish developer Sierra Blanca Estates.

Nestled near the Fustera cove, in the town of Calpe in Alicante, stands this house divided into three floors that offers views of the Ifach rock and the Mediterranean Sea. Upon entering the property, a spacious covered terrace with a bar, barbecue, pool, jacuzzi, cinema, chapel, and an automatic irrigation well stand out. The house is distributed in seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a cellar, a library, a living-dining room with a fireplace, and a kitchen. In addition to a garage, the house includes a spot in a building on the front line of La Fossa beach, as indicated by Engel & Völkers, the property agent.

Located in the heart of the Sevillian countryside, just five kilometers from the historic city of Carmona, Hacienda Santa Ana is a property with typical Andalusian architecture and olive exploitation. It consists of the main house, spread over nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with a central patio with orange trees, three lounges with fireplaces and a cellar, and equipped with traditional elements such as hand-painted tiles, hydraulic and baked clay floors, and ceilings with wooden beams. The complex, sold by Re/Max, includes event halls, a private chapel, a bullring, swimming pools, and eight rural apartments.
